To begin the conversation, the YDC welcomes Ximena Docarmo,<\/strong> Head of the Better Politics Accelerator at the Better Politics Foundation, the only global launch pad for political leadership entrepreneurs and innovators. Author of Toolbox for Strategic Political Training and the research paper Understanding the Cycle of Political Engagement and How to Leverage It. As a political trainer, she specializes in adult education with a focus on political leadership. Originally from Peru, she spent over a decade working in international cooperation and led the Multi-Party Political Training School for Young Politicians from 2015 to 2022.
