{"id":3306,"date":"2023-09-28T12:13:54","date_gmt":"2023-09-28T12:13:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/youthdemocracycohort.com\/?p=3306"},"modified":"2023-09-28T12:24:18","modified_gmt":"2023-09-28T12:24:18","slug":"bbydi-launched-the-office-of-the-citizens-toolkits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/youthdemocracycohort.com\/fr\/bbydi-launched-the-office-of-the-citizens-toolkits\/","title":{"rendered":"BBYDI launched the \u00ab\u00a0Office of the Citizens Toolkits\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Brain Builders Youth Development Initiative (BBYDI)<\/strong> is a youth-led non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening civic freedoms, youth entrepreneurship, and good governance in Nigeria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organisation was granted by the Youth Democracy Cohort to advocate on the Menu on Possible Commitments and is currently working on <strong>two accountability tools<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>YouthGovtracka<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and <strong>the Office of the Citizen toolkit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Goal?  <strong>Bridging the gap between the elected officials<\/strong> and citizens by empowering citizens with the knowledge to hold their representative accountable.
