As Datalat\u2019s alternate representative in Ecuador\u2019s Open State Core Group, she has helped shape key national and local initiatives that push forward transparency and participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYouth being involved in political participation means transformation.
