Sabir<\/strong> is a dynamic political activist in Pakistan, dedicated to promoting youth civic engagement and participation in policymaking. As a leading member of the Chief Minister Special Committee on Youth Reforms in Sindh, he advocates for youth inclusion in policy discussions at provincial and national levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a Master of Philosophy in Sociology and strong research skills, Sabir actively engages in civil society, organising voter registration campaigns and workshops to encourage youth involvement in elections. He also champions climate change action, advocating for greater youth participation in policy discussions. Despite challenges, Sabir remains steadfast in his belief that youth voices are crucial in driving positive change, inspiring many young Pakistanis to engage in the political process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The WYDE Civic Engagement<\/strong> Network of Young Decision-Makers<\/a><\/strong> unites young leaders under 36 years old who are active in politics and decision-making roles, aiming to enhance youth political participation. Members, hailing from Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean, will collaborate with peers and Club de Madrid Members to shape global agendas through Policy Labs, fostering informed collective action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The WYDE Civic Engagement project <\/strong>is a component of the Youth and Women in Democracy Initiative (WYDE) by the European Commission.
