Meant to help prioritise, facilitate and enhance youth civic and political participation, the Youth Democracy Cohort has launched its Menu of Possible Commitments for Participating States.
What is it about?
Fruit of the close collaboration of the Cohort’s different member organisations, these 33 actionable points are specific recommendations for participating governments to adopt as commitments, reforms, and initiatives to improve youth rights and participation in their national contexts. It was officially presented on 28th of February 2023 during the pre-Summit for Democracy – Global Democracy Coalition Forum in Brussels.
