Ndeye Fatou Diery Diagne is a Senegalese journalist renowned for the quality of her engaging digital content. She works as a web journalist for the public service newspaper Le Soleil, where she is dedicated to combating disinformation through her fact-checking column Soleil Check, which she co-founded. Diagne is also the creator of Fem actu, a series of videos broadcast on TikTok and Facebook, in which she tackles subjects such as the dangers of skin depigmentation and drug use among young people, with the aim of informing and raising awareness among her audience. She holds a master’s degree in development communication from the Centre d’Études des Sciences et Techniques de l’Information (CESTI) in Dakar, specialising in the environment, health and social marketing.
