📢 Join the Youth Democracy Cohort for an insightful webinar “A Comparative Analysis on National Youth Policies” on 4 June at 2 PM CEST.
The webinar will explore the study and key takeaways with examples of successful youth-centred policies around the world, the mechanisms used to implement them, and programmes that have empowered young people in fostering a more youth-inclusive environment.
Alicja Lelwic Ojeda, policy advisor specialising in participatory policy-making and rights-based approaches to development, and Lukmon Akintola, Knowledge Advisor at the Global Center for Climate Mobility, will open the webinar by providing an overview of their research and highlighting the importance strengthening youth participation in public affairs.
Through interactive breakout groups during this webinar, participants will explore ideas and strategies regarding policy implementation mechanisms, youth participation strategies, and inclusion.
The webinar will conclude with the sharing of results from the breakout group discussions and final reflections.
