- Youth-Led Regional Digital Policy Advocacy Forums where 60 selected trained youth present digital policy issues and recommendations to key government and telecom actors. A A digital campaign will be launched during these forums where messaging will incorporate the principles and commitments of the Cybersecurity Strategy and Digital Economy Policy, promoting youth awareness of national digital frameworks.
- Digital Advocacy Fellowship Program where 30 trainees receive a fellowship to implement youth-led advocacy initiatives in their communities, each reaching at least 100 youth and presenting digital rights cases to local leaders.
- National Stakeholder Roundtable on Digital Rights and Democracy in Yaoundé bringing together CSOs, youth, ministries, parliamentarians, councillors, and telecoms to co-create a Youth Digital Rights and Governance Roadmap.
Expected outcomes

300 youth trained to understand and advocate for their digital rights, with increased ability to influence digital policy. Youth become advocates aligned with national and international priorities on digital inclusion and civic engagement.

Youth-led advocacy gains visibility as concerns are presented to stakeholders through enhanced dialogue between youth and government. Public awareness and support for youth digital rights is broadened and there is an increased pressure on institutions to act.

Localized advocacy actions lead to increased awareness, accountability, and community engagement in digital rights.

Greater collaboration and buy-in from national institutions with advocacy messages integrated into formal processes.
