Wilé Sadio Diallo is a journalist and fact-checker specialising in verifying information and combating misinformation. She is a digital content creator committed to raising public awareness through social networks. She also holds a degree in English from the Université Numérique du Sénégal. A graduate in journalism from the École Supérieure de Journalisme, des Métiers de l’Internet et de la Communication (E-jicom) in 2020, she began her career with Africa Check (in 2021) as an intern for seven months, where she learned the basics of fact-checking. Since 2022, she has been producing her own fact-checking content in video format on her TikTok, Facebook and Linkedin accounts to make the fight against disinformation more accessible and adapted to young people’s digital uses.
