Cheikh Fatou Gueye is a digital activist, doctoral student in public policy and analyst of democratic issues in Africa. A committed researcher and content creator, he is Project Manager at Action 4 Change Senegal and Head of the Democracy and Digital Unit. Through his analyses, he focuses on the relationship between social networks, political power and disinformation, with the aim of popularizing the issues linked to algorithms and democratic transformations. Involved in a number of pan-African initiatives, he is developing a pedagogical approach to the digital world based on African realities and citizen dynamics in Senegal.
