Hamidou Soumana Diallo Oumarou is a final-year medical student in Niger, deeply committed to community impact. An active member of the Scouts since 2012, his commitment has enabled him to hold leading positions at national and international level. Currently a member of the Africa Scout Committee, he combines medicine, scouting and content creation on his social networks to campaign for the rights of young people and women and to raise awareness of health and wellbeing issues.
