Youssouf Traoré is a social networker and digital influencer. He began his digital journey in 2019, the year in which he took his first training courses in web writing, blogging, photography and mobile video via the Benbere platform.
In 2022, he joined the team at La Voix, a media outlet specialising in regional news in Mopti. He attended several fact-checking training courses, which led to a prestigious training fellowship at Africa Check in Dakar in July 2025.
Today, in addition to his photo and video coverage activities, Youssouf Traore is the author of numerous investigative and verification articles on French-speaking Africa and beyond.
